UPDATE: Still no acknowledgement from this company that they recognize the mistake and danger they put their passengers by lying to them and abandoning them. When I submitted my request to customer service, my email address was blocked. I am a physician so I have been documenting everything and we'll get this handled one way or another. I'm traveling with my pregnant wife who is currently suffering from horrible nausea and fatigue. It was 94° today. We reserved a ride from Kalispell to Missoula on the Jefferson Lines website. We received a confirmation email and a ticket immediately, both of which clearly state the departure to be at 76 station in Kalispell. When we arrived for our trip, there was a handwritten note on the gas stations door saying that the trip no longer left from the 76 station. The new departure point was Smith's grocery store, over a mile and a half away. Clearly in our situation we were not going to make it. I called The company, who said "There's nothing we can do", then hung up on me. I called back again and they refused to answer the phone. We were stranded into town we knew nothing about and were forced to take a $300 Uber ride to Missoula to catch our flight. Absolute nightmare company that leaves its passengers dangerously abandoned on the side of the road. To top it all off, no refund and ended up costing us over $400 because of the inaccurate departure information on our ticket and in the confirmation email. STAY AWAY FROM THE FLATHEADS SHUTTLE RUN BY JEFFERSON LINES.

Worst ever Drivers all speeding, rude , answering and talking on cellphone as well as weaving in and out of traffic, at one point the driver was driving down middle lane of freeway , driver was going 80mph in a 35 & 45mph zones absolutely crazy to say the least never again

So I have taken this bus quite a few times but last evening during my layover in Missoula I used one of their charging stations to charge my new Oculus Rift2. I sat to eat and then probably 100 people suddenly arrived and I loaded on the 100%full capacity bus to Bozeman, absent-mindedly leaving my Oculus behind. I didn't realize it until about an hour into the bus ride. I notified one of the Jefferson employees that was on the bus and he immediately messaged the missoula station and 1st thing in the morning I got a call from Bill saying he has my Oculus!!! He without hesitation offered to box it up and send it on the next bus for me to pick up tonight!! Thank you so much. Bus ride was crowded, cramped and kinda pretty uncomfortable but the Jefferson employees displayed top notch customer service and really really saved me and made me one happy customer. Kudos!! And much much appreciation!!!!

I don't know about rates, except that there are big savings if you plan ahead.... rates are comparable to greyhound, but the coaches AND drivers are unmatched! Jefferson lines is the way to go!
