I found your agency through a recommendation based on stats alone from my insurance agent back east. Apparently the numbers don’t lie and I’m so glad I asked for his help! Nicole set up my policy and despite computer snafu’s and technical glitches she was great to work with. She kept after it when things went sideways and called in help when needed but kept me updated every step of the way. If she’ll work this hard for me just to transfer a policy imagine how she’ll be if I ever have an accident! The very best part? For almost exactly what I had been paying I now have much better insurance. She found more coverages, deals and discounts than I knew existed. Overall very impressed. The computer issues were frustrating but the service more than makes up for it

I love this place and the reason being is, I can go in and pay, call on the phone, or pay online. There is always someone to talk to if the need arise. Also they are personable and want to know you as a person are doing well. Plus the rates are good too. I have had bad insurers before who seem to make you do the work. I definatly recommend this office to get at least an estimate from if your looking around.
