Worst experience ever. Pizza took over one hour to get delivered. Pizza was cold and it literally was only cheese, couldn't even see salsa or toppings. I paid $30 for a cold piece of bread. When I called to see what was rhe status on my pizza (it had been one hour) an extremely rude doordash lady answered (I did not order from doordash). When pizza arrived, was a pizza hot employee. WTH! Never again I will order from here.

This is the best Pizza hut in Houston! The customer service goes above and beyond expectations. I ordered pizza, dessert and drinks for a birthday party to be delivered and a 3rd party delivery service destroyed everything in the order. I contacted Pizza Hut sent photos and proof of what transpired and within a the hour, Pizza hut replaced and delivered all items.

I ordered a pizza today at 7:54pm the delivery driver called and asked me to send my location via iPhone at 8:54pm. Never received my order!!! I will not be ordering from this location anymore….

They said it will take 25 to 45 minutes. It took an hour and half, pizza was cold, only one can of frosting with the cinnamon Stix, but they made sure to ask about their tip. Twice.
