This is my 3rd time getting my nails done at this nail shop. My 1st time was with a wonderful older lady at station 2 last year it was a great experience, u was seated right now, customer service was nice, and I left satisfied with my design and nails.. Now my 2nd wasn't the best but I decided hey, I will give them 1 last chance. Niko did my nails the 2nd visit, i was a walk in and i waited at least 30 mins but the wait wasn't bothering me too much. As i waited, i noticed niko is kinda rude towards customers coming in and sometimes not even acknowledging the customer after a few minutes of walking in the door. I explained my design, she told me she couldn't do it but ended up doing it. I was burned a couple times during the process. Now this last 3rd final visit was with niko again, I came in for a fill from a fresh set she put on 2 weeks prior, she told me to get a new set. Something I didn't want to do but decided to do it anyways. As she was removing my nails, I was thinking about putting a design on 1 finger and she became frustrated so I decided to stick with my original plan to prevent confusion. After that discussion, she was really rough and burned me at least 4xs. Now I know accidents happen but I didn't get an apology not once. I tend to spend over $100 on my nails but honestly I will be seeking other options. The work here is ok but the service isn't welcoming

I love Niko she does an amazing job on my nails… I have noticed though she has lost a lot of business I personally think it’s because she raised the price a lot. I can’t go every 2 weeks because of that but I still go won’t go anywhere else

They are rude asl, came to fix one nail and they tell me they can’t fix one nail. Just to say go back to place you went to, like the audacity. Then proceed to let another nail tech do my nails and sir was rude asl too. Like what !!! Customer service is horrible and the nail art basic asl too

I've been to this place many times before and I realized these people do not value your time.. you make an appointment and they don't respect it... I had an appointment at 4pm today.. 4:35pm she was still working on her last appointment... what was the point in make an appointment... the owner is so rude too.. also you walk in and don't even get any type of greeting... do not go here
