First time coming here and Natalie was awesome. I usually don’t return to places because I’m very picky, but since my nail lady moved out of state I decided to try this place out. Very happy and would recommend. I will be coming back to see Natalie.

I usually like this place but this time I just want to cry! This lady is taking off the GelX( which is the worst you can do to your nails!) and she put my whole hand in Acetone and when I complained about it being cancerous and drying my skin she just says it’s faster like this! As if she doesn’t realize what cancer is! Then the whole gel is all over my hand because of how she wanted to remove it! And now she uses more acetone to take that off of my skin! After removing nails she asks for the shape and I say square and she barely even files my nails and keeps saying it’s square, which was not and it was. And lastly she barely even puts any gel on my nail and the dark red color turned out luke a light tomato color! Also, make sure you never listen to their suggestion about Gel X being a good option for you! It’s the worst and doesn’t last at all!
