Positive: Not much except the location Negative: Needs a major rehab. Carpet in stairs and hallway needs a major cleaning or replacement. There were three of us and only given 2 towel and wash clothes. Our reservation was for three. Had to ask for more towels, was given one.

Disgusting. Bed was lumpy and didn't even have a mattress protector. Room smelled of tobacco use from people standing outside smoking. Pool was drained. Mold growing in toilet. I know the Quality Inn brand has been in decline but this is far and away the worst. I guess I'm through with Choice Hotels after I use up my free nights I've earned.

We stayed here for the first time and it was an EXCELLENT experience! The room was very nice and had both a microwave and mini-refrigerator; also had a nice size tv with plenty of channels. The beds were very comfortable. Very nice and clean breakfast area with really good food! The location of the hotel is excellent and is surrounded by MANY nice restaurants and shops (including Cabela’s) and is conveniently close to US23. The total price for our extended stay was outstanding. The BEST part about it all was the OUTSTANDING & FRIENDLY STAFF who were always so accommodating and helpful at all times. The 3 employees who we interacted with the most were Zach, Austin and Dade - they were all FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone considering a stay in the Dundee area of Michigan or in the general region.

Plumbing items need work, hot water only in bathroom sink, non-working shower/tub controls need to be replaced. dark parking lot in back, entry doors don't close and lock, anyone could come and go. Beds were comfortable, extra blanket should be available in room. Fridge in room was nice and cold. Local pizza delivery was spot on. Hotel allows cats for a fee which was awesome.
