Service Desk never open, they aren't even following their temporary covid hours, how are people supposed to pay their bills? My rent is now 3 days late, with a $30 fee and Kroger Management is to blame. Was told by the skeleton crew of two cashiers working (very hard and trying to cover for their manager) that their manager is on break. We waited to speak to management about why they're so understaffed they don't offer services they legally have to, this is the reason they have liquor licenses and lottery kickbacks from the govnt, TO OFFER THESE services! management never showed face. pathetic. i hope if those two VERY hard working cashiers want a better job, its 18$ an hour over at U of M, no experience needed.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! So yesterday I called to inquire about a rug doctor. I informed them yesterday I would come in the next day to pick one up. They told me I can come in at 7am after I told them I'll be there first in the morning. Today I went in to recieve it. Then I was told I can't until 1030am. What the heck?? That's when customer service comes in. I left disappointed. So then I called to complain. I spoke to a "customer service manager " she confirmed what I was told in store not until 1030am. So I previously asked for a store Manager. I was told one isn't in at the moment. What the heck?? So now let's avoid this store and the company as a whole for their lackluster service. I'll go to meijer where they actually give a hoot about their customers.

Always long lines, even for self checkout. Worst customer experience of any grocery store in Ann Arbor. Prices are okay though.

Real easy to get in and out in the evenings without any hassles. I Prefer night shopping here and it’s definitely more affordable than other establishments. They carry a generous variety of food selections. The staff works hard in my opinion and tries their best. Thank you.
