The Evergood Louisiana Hotlink, is the best ever, I have been buying these for years. But I do need to complain that recently they have been higher in sodium almost where I cant eat them. Is this a new recipe or will this be fixed in the future?

Hey folks, I love every single product that Evergood has to offer! My favorite is Pineapple pork sausage. I wish they had Pineapple beef sausage, I haven't seen that type, but maybe they do make it, dry aged smoked filets. That would be amazing! Thank you for reading.

No sure but I deliver product for further processing and I'm not sure if you know that this is actually the main facility that makes the product in stores and is not itself a store for public retail. So with that being said I'm sure the price based on amount purchased would vary by wholesale pricing.
I would say it probably has to do with production and the ability to produce what's needed to fulfill demand. This processing plant isn't that big, just my opinion though.
