I had Blue star gas since 2009. Recently they removed my tank. I offered to pay my bill in full and any charges due for it's restoration. They said I am not using enough gas to warrant this. I cook with gas and use it for water heating. I am displeased with blue star gas.

Outstanding customer service is how I would begin with. I have purchased a propane tank from BlueStar, along with several parts over the past year. Yes, they sell parts, and are happy to answer your questions too. A far better experience than that big competition, whose name should be Inferior Propane! (who don't sell parts and only have an office clerk on staff). BlueStar also has a showroom, with lots of consumer-end use propane products, from BBQs to a tankless water heater. Their technical assistance is also excellent. Prices on propane, tanks, and products is very comparable to industry pricing.

It is produced from both natural gas processing and crude oil refining. Nearly 97% of propane consumed in the U.S. is produced in North America.
