Overall clean and well attended. The card reader wasn't working for at least one vending machine but most worked fine and were well stocked.

If every rest area in America had this many truck parking spaces there would be no issues with drivers finding somewhere to park and get some rest.. love these rest areas in Indiana easily 600 parking spots for trucks and it almost makes you laugh seeing the trucks stacked up on the entrance into the rest area if they only knew how much Parking there was just ahead of them lol..

Great rest area with ample restrooms and plenty of parking. My only complaint is a lack of recycling receptacles available. There was 1 can with a plastic recycling icon on the side but when I approached to toss in my plastic soda bottle, it was actually a cigarette butt disposal bin. Other than that, no issues.

What are all the lift stations and bio-retention areas for? Is it for waste water and storm water treatment?

There are at least 5 or 6 lift stations and 4 bio retention areas i saw just on the west side of the building alone. That has to be costing some big money to operate and maintain. I don't understand all the lift stations. The electric cost and maintenance have to be outrageous. And yes there are rain gardens in each bio-retention area an outer flat level with stone and 1" pvc pipes poking up at 2 feet apart each way and a lower detention area with standing water and the same type of vegetation. I find it facinating and puzzled at the same time. cost?
