My senior cat had a nail actually piercing the pad of one paw. Called this business, and they took her right in. Clipped her nails and, even though they were extremely busy, took the time to also clean up her fur a bit since she no longer grooms herself. They explained to me that senior cats don't shed their nails...which I did not know. They also have a juvenile member of their family who provides some of the best customer service at the counter that I have ever seen! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

They have a sign on the door for walk ins welcome, but if you're getting a full groom, I'd definitely call for an appointment. They can usually get you in quickly.
