The person my husband talked to on the phone was very informative and helpful. However, when we got there, somebody else was minding the store and they were not helpful at all. For being a sales rep, they sure weren't trying to sell us on a plan-- and we were really ready to switch from our last carrier! We walked away frustrated and disappointed. We ended up going with a prepaid plan and sim cards for our current phones, just to have something. This store needs to step it up!

Had multiple problems with the corporate Verizon. Came into local store and had great service. Payge was able to help me thru situation. Thanks again for your superb service and customer care.
