I had the best service here from any cell phone provider I have been to. I recently switched from Verizon to the First Net with AT&T. Hayden assisted me and was so great and helpful. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

Unfortunately, i wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. I drove over an hour to come talk to someone in person about the trade in value of my phone. I arrived around 11:30 and there was a sign on the door that said “will return at 12:15” so i went and ran my other errands assuming they were on lunch break. I returned around 12:30 and the sign was gone, but the door was still locked, lights on. So, i went to grab a bite to eat- came back around 1:00 and same, lights still on, door locked. I tried calling the store, but got directed to a customer service rep who said they often lock the door to do inventory, but someone should be here. I tried calling again, no answer. I waited around for about 20 minutes to see if someone would come to the door or the front— nothing. A waste of my time, and pretty poor customer service. If you are doing inventory atleast answer the phone or leave a note on the door on how to get ahold of someone in the store. Pretty disappointed i drove this far for nothing.

I would avoid this store at all costs! One of their salespeople- Hayden- lied to me and it cost me $350. Here is what happened: I went in the other day to see what my options were for upgrading my phone. Hayden told me that the trade-in value of my current phone was $700, and then proceeded to sell me on an iPhone 13 pro. Once he had me locked into a 36 month installment agreement on an $1,100 phone, I was informed that the trade-in value of my phone was only $350! I never would have bought the 13 pro if I had been told the truth. The way I see it, this store (and Hayden in particular) stole $350 from me. Honesty means everything to me, and he lied to my face just to get a sale. I will be telling everyone I know to not set foot in this store until they make it right.

No, you always have to go to a 3rd party vendor foe those things or directly to the phone manufacturer. If you have insurance, then you're covered.
