I do not live here, I have family that lives here. I visit 4-5 x a week, first thing I noticed is that no tenants there are friendly, no one there says hi in passing. There is alot of traffic through there late at night, cars with loud mufflers, loud music,etc. I don't think there is any security. Omg, the visitor parking is HORRIBLE 🤬, It's bad, available parking will be at least 3 blocks away 😬. One of the laundry rooms was messy and had 2 black widows. Also, during certain months there are alot of vulchers in trees that surround the apts. Pretty to cool to look at but scary if you have a small pet, I would assume. These apts do have nice scenery and very close to shopping, good walking distance, and they do accept pets, so it may be worth visiting if that is what you are looking for. Good luck 🤞

This is the worse management I have seen in my life, they always complete maintanance w/o showing up. You only get to know when you receive an email but when you check physically the work is never done. I complained for rat making a big hole in the wall under main bathroom sink and requested to fix it cause rat had chewed on all plastic stuff under sink but maintenance did not even find signs of rat and literally did not see big hole in the wall, chewed plastic supplies, this is so annoying, I would never recommend anyone this. I requested maintenance twice and it happened same like last time.

Extremely loud. Neighbors are always banging or fighting. Haven’t had peace since I moved into this place. Just a quick update as of 03/28/22 they have removed a lot of their negative reviews.
