Rent is officially 1000 dollars to rent a space. Not worth it- this place is a disgusting roach infested park, outdated sewer infrastructure which frequently results in sewage waste flowing out of the gutters into a creek, which they clean up with dollar store bleach. Management is very unprofessional tries her best to not give a receipt to hide evidence of her lack of competency. Office is never open and she "bans" people from the office for asking for clarification. Consistently sends seven day notices with baseless allegations of rulebreaking. Also this park does not have necessary information (ombudsman info) posted in a public viewing area. Just avoid this place and save yourself the stress. We also have exposed wires in our space that management has know about for over a year that the fire department told them to fix when it flooded and covered the base of the electrical pedestal with water. Any positive review of this place is from the management or their friends or the parent company storz.

I was an overnight guest here last night. My vehicle ran out of gas & I was able to park in the guest parking. A friend of mine brought me $20 for gas. I was woken up by park management this morning telling me I had to leave immediately because I did a drug deal on their property & they were going to call the sheriff's if I didn't leave immediately. There is absolutely no fact behind their statement & when I asked to speak to the managers boss I was told I was trespassing.I would not rate this park 1 star but there isn't anywhere to rate the park negatively
