If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only was our deposit and rent higher than anyone else there (even when our income was lower), we didn't even have access to our storage space on our unit. They didn't lock it and a homeless man started sleeping and leaving his garbage in there. The biggest red flag and reason we left was the COCKROACHES, they had an infestation in the unit a couple weeks before we moved in and they replaced the carpet - thats it. We brought it up to Michelle, the manager, and she brought someone in to spray once and never followed up. We even brought her a live specimen on 2 separate occasions after the spray to prove that the effort was futile. Still nothing was done for several months before we were wrongly evicted and had 5 days to pack our stuff and get out. We got this notice a week after I went to the healt department and reported them for the bug problem, coincidence maybe. Either way we are in the process of suing them for our deposit back. Also, if you have kids there is a lot of drug traffic durring the day and night, and the walls are paper thin, so the noisy neighbors we had kept our 1 year old up all day and night... I could go on.
