We were treated so poorly. Funny that we were the only family in the restaurant that wasn't caucasian. The pork tasted like it had been sitting at the bottom of a freezer under fish for 2 years. The servers were so rude. Everytime I asked for water I got eye rolls.

This place is so cute. The food, service and pricing can't be beat. Best Cream Cheese Wonton around! This is definitely my 1st choice for Chinese food.

This is so true. I've been going here since I was a child and would celebrate birthday's here. It is my favorite resturuant ever. They make the best food and it's absolutely beautiful inside. Their egg flower/egg drop soup is the best I have ever had along with their chow mien. Honestly, all of their dishes are incredible. My grandpa used to live in the bay area and he would drive multiple hours just to have food at Hop Sing Palace because it is so delicious and welcoming. I am so happy to see someone else love this resturuant as much as my family and I do! :)

I am allergic to msg...have a bad reaction. I have had a few items and when I order I ask for no msg. Food has been very good.
If they don't answer the phone, they're not open.
The Chinese restaurant opened at 805 Sutter S. in 1957, one year after Folsom Dam was completed. It is now the oldest restaurant in Folsom
