Not one person in this pharmacy cares. I had to switch pharmacies because mine closed. I’m told that My medication has to be ordered. I called several times and after 45 minute holds am told that the medication is still not available. Moved Pharmacies and got it the next day.

They gave my infant’s Tylenol, and there was NO dropper in the medication. They put the medication in the bag, and stapled the bag with the instructions but NO dropper inside. And when I called, they telling me I should had Checked and asked.

Why is the customer service here so horrible? I would think at some point corporate might look into this. Someone’s not doing their job. Pharmacy is slow, and usually only 1 register is open when I’ve been here.
