We pay in full for washer amd dryer. They delivered the items but the washer is not working. They promise to send a repair man. countless follow ups and phone call but nobody shows. They said we cannot refund it. We don’t have right to send it back to them coz they will repair it. bUT NO ONE SHOWED. they say they will get the item to repair it in their store.. but all broken promises.THEY ONLY WANT MONEY.. BUT THEY WILL IGNORE U UNTIL U ARE FED UP. AND U WILL JUST REPAIR IT BY URSELF.🤬🤬🤬🤬 NO STAR SHLD BE GIVEN TO THEM.

They literally scammed us? We bought a fridge from them and they told us to wait like a week for it to arrive, we waited. after a week we called and they told us that they had no one to deliver it and to wait, we waited almost another week so we decided to go to the store to check things out and what do we see. A deliver truck that was delivering things for them, we asked why they couldn’t deliver our fridge and they tried to make it seem like we never purchased from them. I have audio recording, they basically said we’ve never bought from them. had to get our bank to take the charges off. Super bad business, they have so many bad reviews for a reason
