Pharmacy is horrible. Usually a very long line and on average seems like they take ten minutes to help one person. I called in a refill on a Sunday and the automated system said it would be ready in Monday. I never received any notice that there was any issue. I stopped by on Tuesday and after about a 30 minute wait I was first told they did not have an order for me. After looking closely they noticed there was one so without apology I was asked if i wanted to wait or come back. I was very frustrated and said I would return. Stopped by on Wednesday and I was told they couldn't refill without approval. Then they noticed they had received an update but then they said they couldn't refill because of my insurance. Again, I never received any notice. I looked on the insurance website and did not see a claim which means the pharmacy did not send the claim. I am done. I am calling my provider tomorrow and ask them to send the prescription to a different pharmacy.

I went in to get some things for my 2 year old was sick. I went up to the register with three items and the price total was 29.18 ... so I wanted correct change. I gave the lady (middle eastern) 100.20 , she didn't take the dimes I gave her so when I told her that she replied "what does that do for me" and I answered I wanted correct change please. She gets upset that she had to scan everything and then the total went from 28.19 to 28.46. I said why did the price change ....she answered with "well I charged you for the bag now , at first I didn't because I was being nice" I asked for my money back and left and then the next day I went back in to file a complaint and to find out she is the manager so when I addressed her she replied with " ok so what do you want me to do about it"

Long lines to pay . Parmasy 30 to 40 minuts waiting all the time any time . You ca not use their 2 restrooms . Terrible
