I go there on a regular basis but I come to realize that they don't carry the same items from store to store, frustrating cause I go in there and they don't have what I need so I have to go to the other store to get it

They don't have enough people at the registers, you have to wait from the back of the store to get to the register. Did the people behind the register don't know the codes to their products.
