I wish I could give 0 star, customer service is horrible. I had appointment for my daughter passport renewal at 12:30 arrived 15 min late tried calling them to notify or if it was ok to still arrive there drove from tracy. As soon as entered at the location the lady was so rude and lied that they tried calling me I didn’t answer. I asked very politely if I can wait she said I can wait but we can’t take you today then what’s the point waiting. Never coming here again! Rude rude rude customer service.

They need to train their staffs specially those who are working at the frontline. Worst costumer service ever! I was shocked when that specific staff just can talk rudely to a customer who just ask a simple question. I have never write any reviews but I feel like there is something that needs to be done.

Once AGAIN, for the 200ty time, I am delivered someone else’s mail. We have the same numeric part but completely different street. This ladies medications, bills, etc get delivered every single month here. How can you be responsible to mail people’s mail and miss the fact that you continue to place the wrong mail in the wrong mail box??

A passport renewal can be done without any appointment. Get the forms and mail it all in. Only new passport needs an appointment.

Depends on the box. In most cases a street CBU has basic keys that can be duplicated with no issue (local hardware store being the cheapest). You only run into trouble with postal owned boxes with non-duplicate keys. But in almost all of those cases the key will say on it do not duplicate.
Yes. And if the stamp says forever anywhere on it then it's going to be the same as a current rate stamp. Meaning one will do the job.
You have to make your appointment online. It was just change from going down to make appointment .
Lodi is closed for window services on Saturday, only will call is open from 830-12. For picking up packages and certified letters. The post offices in Stockton are all open not sure about hours
When all of it has been delivered. Can go as late as needed. However the districts prefer that all carriers are back before the sun goes down.
