The most unprofessional doctor and staff. I’ve saw this doctor 2 times before making an appointment to have a procedure done. The day came to have the procedure and was told to come in 15 min early for my appointment because it wasn’t that busy. Once I got there the staff told me that I would have to go home and wait for her call since there were people ahead of me. I said you ask me to come early and now I have to go home?? Plus I should pay first. I told her you must be kidding. Worst part was doctor didn’t even know who I was when he saw me and what he was suppose to do with my procedure. He looked at me with that dumbfounded and befuddled look.
