Will not return! The consignment process is very shady. You never get a breakdown of what was sold and for how much. Also, takes forever to get your payment from the owner.

I tired taking in clothes 2 different times.. the owner is rude. All she had to say is I don’t need these clothes right now but she has to go into detail about what is wrong with my clothes .. Not a big deal to me but she is rude and I won’t be back.

I am unhappy with first, and likely only, visit to this store. Cute and clean, neatly organized. Owner was not friendly. I brought gently to hardly worn Women's clothes to sell. Owner asked if I had an account, and if items were 3 or less years old. Due to short staffing, she told me to sort them first. I asked where I could do this to not be in the way, and was told to do it in my car. I took two shopping bags and box back to the car, bringing back one bag and box. I browsed the store and came back to be told they didn't want any of it. It was fine, they did not want it, but I felt she knew immediately she didn't want what I had or by what terms. Why not be honest and not waste my time and energy? Why not be warm and friendly, instead of suspicious and dismissive?
