The overall experience was very good from the check-in process to check-out The lady at check in I think her name was Trishell was very nice and patient with me because my voice was going in and out The wait was the only thing I had a problem with I had no o wait 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor I was very uncomfortable because of me being sick But once the nurse call me back she did all she could do to speed up the process to get me home she was very nice detailed and got the doctor into the room He was was knowledgeable of my problem treated me and sent me on. Thank you so much‼️🥰🥰🥰

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and assertive. Nurse Michelle was very accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable empathetic. Juanita Alexander-Sallier PA is an exceptional provider who is an asset to your facility. She was able to treat all of my symptoms and I feel much better after her services. Great experience!!

Staff was friendly and efficient. Wait time was a little too long. Felt the waiting area could be cleaned more often. The entrance door was dirty with fingerprints.

My husband called and made my appointment. They sentences a text message with my appointment time. They also sent me a link to register. I'm sure you could go to the website to schedule an appointment.

We are an urgent care, but we are no longer Family Doctors. We are now LCMC Health Urgent Care.
Not sure but my last visit there resulted in me vowing never to return. Actually the last several trips there left me wondering about the quality of their care.
