I’ve worked at this facility some time ago, and I’m sad and disheartened that it’s still in operation. I’ve worked overnight where I was assigned more than 40 patients, which is already very hard to manage. On top of that, there wasn’t enough supplies and linens for each patient, so there were many times patients were left soiled. The hallways and patient room floors were sticky and dirty and there was definitely and unpleasant smell in the facility. Worse of all, there was a rat infestation (which I thought was just a rumor at the time), until I saw one scurry down the hall into a patient’s room one night. I quit after 2 weeks. I say all of this to say: Please don’t send your loved here.

My friend was transferred from this facility to another facility. Thanks to this facility administrative(especially the Assistant Administrator Raj) and nursing staff who were proactive in providing care . the staff are professional and place is clean

Jefferson is a very good home and they take care of a difficult population that would be forgotten without them.
