I would give 5 but I was forgotten about on hold and one of the receptionist was definitely having a bad day judging by attitude and tone of voice when answering my call. NP, technician, and radiologist that administered test were wonderful during my visit.

Clinic opened at 8am. I walk in at 8:10am with my son. Not a single soul inside the building other than staff. Not a single vehicle in the parking lot. They refused to see him. Stated he couldn’t check in until 11 am. I call bs
