Their social media pages claim they are open from 9 am to 6 pm on Labor Day, yet I walk into the building and the front desk workers, (which might I add, were very rude and didn't want to even acknowledge me), eventually told me, after I stood there for 2 minutes staring at them, that they had closed at 3 pm. If you are going to close early, at least put a sign on the front door saying so and definitely don't post online that you'll be open on this specific day until 6 pm. Rude people and poorly run business. Will never return and would recommend to go elsewhere for care.

I did not go to the urgent care for a covid test just to be insulted by the doctor. I will NEVER come here again. I left crying. The doctor told me it was my fault I got covid (even though I only go to work and home). He told me it was my fault because I wasn’t vaccinated and that I should’ve been more careful then proceeded to tell me how many people are dying. I felt extremely judged by him. I shouldn’t have to feel this uncomfortable at a doctors office where I was just trying to figure out if I was sick and needed medical care. The doctor also yelled at me for not having my mask on when he came into the exam room even though I put it back on right when he came in (I had it down so I could breathe easier and I was alone). Let me add that none of the workers, patients, or doctor were wearing a mask besides me. On top of this, I tried to speak to a receptionist for a whole 30 seconds before she looked up from her cell phone scrolling on an app and realized I was there. Terrible service.

Front desk was a bit rude. Went in for a drug test and there were 2 receptionist there. I went to the desk and she never acknowledged me so I assumed I was at the wrong desk so I went to the other desk and the lady literally stared in my face never said “how may I help you or anything “ I proceeded to sign In and as I began to take a seat I was called back up to the desk saying the “do t do drug test after 3pm” which was understandable. I notice 90% of the ppl on here complaining about rudeness. Maybe they new employees. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. It’s funny how they have an excuse for Every situation. People having off days has nothing to do with your staff being rude. Make it make sense
