I am currently the ER and have been for well over 3 hours. This is ridiculous! There have not been any ambulances or any other emergencies. What is going on OLOL?!?! You used to provide great fast professional service. No one knows anything and no one cares!!!!!

We have been checked in since 4 am! There have been no ambulances that came in. The waiting areas is almost empty! Why have we been waiting in the “ER” for over 3 hours!!!!! No one has been called in over 2 hours! What are they doing?!?!? Eating breakfast I suppose. This is the new Earl K Long!

As if people aren't going through enough the nursing staff on the Nero floor are very rude. Even as I walked away trying to defuse the situation with tears in my eyes she followed me to the elevator hollering at me. I guess they don't teach manners in nursing school..

Parking is always a problem. Does have elevators, places of business and restrooms marked well. A blind gentleman from Lake Charles was dropped off by medical transport at front door. No hospital staff there to assist patient to surgeons office so I was asked to help which I did not mind. Just found it a very sad situation. This also was a little after 6 am so they may not have been scheduled to be there yet.

Yes
Hmmm. Which department? That place is so big, it would be best to contact the director of the department to which you wish to address. The Lake is a great hospital which is well run. Your issue will be addressed appropriately.
They have a patient portal on their website.
Right off Interstate 10 at Essen Lane
There is a surgery waiting room that you can wait in during the surgery.
Only 1 person and you can't swap out. Whoever goes in is the only person that can go.
8 am - 8pm. It's one visitor per patient per day. I've been here with my dad since Monday and we had a few visitors in and out until yesterday. We were told yesterday the one person rule.
No. Call Dr. Bencaz's office. It's off 16 in denham.
Try dialing hospital#, then room#
Yes, they take Medicaid and do all types of surgery. But you really need to make arrangements through the hospital or your surgeon.
I would start with a Neurologist. Good luck.
They can conduct PET scans there.
I do not know. This is what I do know. There are sick folks in my community. The Lake allows me the opportunity to take care of them. As an RN, that's all I want...and a paycheck. In terms of the quality of the work place...the Lake is awesome! The rest is high school student council type stuff which means nothing to me. Administration listens and is responsive to our needs.
You will have to call and speak with someone in medical records department
250 for an emergency room visit.
Yes but you will be billed for not having insurance and if it is a car accident have the lawyer sue the other driver insurance so they can pay your bill
They do have a neurology Dept. That's who she'd need to see after a siezure
The Drury Inn offers discounts for patients family. Its located across the street, next to the RACETRACK.
Yup. There are places to charge. Some are built into seats. Plenty of wall outlets.
The doctor thats in charge of the baby once you contact them they know who to get in touch with
I would see a doctor and follow their advice.
www.ololrmc.com, look for the contact us option.

Essen lane and follow the signs.
I dont know who you are or what fights in life you are batteling but everyone has purposes and goals in life. Directly and inditectly, its easier to have bad days, its easy to be angry and its easy to lose yourself in the society of life. Try everyday to set forth a goal , start with simple ones anf achieve them, no one is exactly like you and thats what sets you apart. Please message me if you ever need help. Life isnt about only living and being alive, life is the story you make it to teach and learn from others
225-374- and then the patient room number. Please remember most ICU patients do not have telephones in their rooms, and you will need to obtain the unit telephone numbers.
Don't do it. Tell the doctor that at the emergency room.
OLOL does offer OMFS, I believe the option may be offered by LSU dentistry even.
Not sure you may have to just call the desk
You have to go to the desk and ask for directions to medical records
