I went to the local Baton Rouge office two weeks ago as a walk-in (since I can't get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment) and was able to be seen. Went today and was told by the security guard that walk-ins are not allowed. When I told her I was there two weeks ago as a walk-in, then she stated, no walk-ins today since they are already booked. I told her I would love to make an appointment, but when I called the number, no one picks up and you can't leave a number. I've been calling since February, the local office and the main office in D.C. It's just awful the way customers are treated. I wasted my lunch time going there, it's crazy and the guard (that I talked to today) is useless.

The get my payment tool shows my money has been put in my acct but the bank knows nothing of it and its not showing. Could it have still been mailed? Im confused.

I basically had the same problem. I closed my account about five months after 2018 income taxes so that account was still on my forms from 2018. The get my payment tool said it was put in my account as well when it was closed. Two weeks later i got that payment in the mail. So you might get it in the mail. It just depends on what you had put on your 2018 and 2019 tax forms.

that office only helps people with an appointment, you have to call and make an appointment, they do not schedule walk ins for appointments and you could be on hold for an hour before someone answers the phone to schedule your appointment.
