The manager Lauren I believe was awful. We placed an order at 4:00 l. It was supposed to be delivered within 30-40 minutes. An hr went by so we called and she said our order was the next to go out. 25 more minutes go by and we call again the pizza just got put in the oven. My husband asked for a manager and the MANAGER hung up on him. I called back and asked for a refund they said they could only credit our account. I said that's ridiculous we've been waiting almost 2 hrs at this point. She hung up on me as well then canceled my order. From the others reviews we were lucky bc it seems their quality of food is poor. WE WILL NEVER WASTE OUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. it's worth the drive to go 20 minutes to fenton and get Papa John's.

This store has NO DRIVERS. I've ordered from here several times and it's taken AT LEAST two hours for delivery each time. Each time I've called they've told me they have ONE driver on duty. If you order from this store do pick-up only. Delivery times are an absolute joke and I have no idea how corporate is cool with this.

Delivery was fast and Abigail was friendly. That part was fine. The food was nasty. The pizza was flat,hard and I don't even think there was sauce on the pizza. Tasted terrible. The garlic bread bites were cold and not even yummy. I feel like it ruined our Valentines Day. This isn't the first time this has happened. Now that I know this place stinks and it wasn't just an error, I won't order from here again. So much for quality control checks. Did they even do that? Or was that just to make us feel like it'll come perfect? Or maybe their quails just sucks. Sorry, but I think this location needs to shut down. No one cares about their job making pizzas obviously. Sad that Little Ceasars is better than this junk.

So I ordered a pizza and cheese stuffed bread sticks with garlic butter instead of marinara. I placed order at 12:23pm on Monday. They said it would be 27-37 minutes for delivery. At 1:40pm I received my order even though the tracker said they was checking over my order at 12:56pm. The driver dropped my pizza off and when I got inside i opened the box to find a burnt pizza and no garlic butter. I call the store and the manager Christopher stated he could send the driver back and pick up the pizza to bring back and make a new one or put a credit in for another pizza for another day. I told them I wasn't going to wait another hour and a half to get another burnt pizza. The pizza was so crispy that it could stand up on its own. Mind you it was a pan pizza. This is the second time my family has ordered from here and had issues. My mom order one night and waited 5 hours to receive her pizza. Not sure what is going on with this place but something has got to give.
