Hit or miss depending on the tech you get. I have small nails and I’ve gotten nicked before but the work comes out pretty good. My go to spot for convenience. Overall decent prices and wide selection of colors.

I have been here multiple times. At first the service was good decent enough for the price. But the last times I went with a different people, one lady left a lot of the dip power residue under my nails when I got a dip power mani. Same lady broke my nature nail after I spent 1-2 months growing them out, and chipped 2 of my nails. I’ve gotten a gel manicure, and it chips the next day. Another lady left the sides of my nail set with no dip powder. Another situation I had was I called to go in to get 1 nail fixed. I asked if I can go in at 4 but the man told me they had an availability open at 4:30 only. I said it was okay. I reschedule everything I had to do to work on that time. When I get there at 4:30, the man tells me I have to wait 30-40 minutes because no one is available. I was super frustrated I left. Why tell me a time that they are “available” , let me drive to the salon to tell me I have to wait. They always ask for a number when booking an appt. They could of had the decency to call me & let me know to come in later or reschedule. I kept going because I am still getting to know the Richmond area, and it was convenient, but I am officially done with this salon.

I was told about this place, and I love the way they're set up, nice and CLEAN, the MUSIC is very Relaxing! But, I have had CONSISTENTLY had DIFFERENT prices for the same SERVICE, THAT I DON'T LIKE!! And $$$ is NOT the PROBLEM!

I love this place, the customer service is great and they do a great job. It has gotten a bit pricey though.
