Not bad place. It has a ton of room to back and places to park. It is kinda out of the way but that is not always bad. The reason for the 3 star is two fold. First the f@#*&$g cars. I have never seen so many vehicles that are driving through an active loading area and they do not care that a rig is backing up. They just go behind you. I had to slam on my brakes at least 3 times and that was after sounding my big boy horn. Second, the security at this place. Guard to let you in the gate followed by one that observes you walking up to sign in. You have to be escorted everywhere, including to the bathrooms which BTW are an outside stand alone building.

Yes they are hiring. It's a meal kit delivery service. They do have a part time schedule. Positions available are I production. That's prepping or packing. No experience needed. They have a shuttle service that brings you from a Bart station to the job site
