Absolutely horrible experience having Daniel as my unqualified service advisor. He is absolutely unprofessional and wouldn't even help me out. Another service advice stepped up. Also service tech was sloppy. I had oil on both fenders and a minor scratch . I expect more from getting service performed at the dealership. You guys are suppose to set the standard

Simple oil change and safety check. Work was fine but we waited to be checked out while our car sat there waiting for us. I guess once you get the car in for service you're content knowing people will wait to get it back.... Not the best type of service

Razzari is dishonest in their dealings. I was placed on a waiting list and was told I was the first in line for a brand new Leaf EV+. They would not allow me to prepurchase the vehicle but told me I was first in line as soon as it arrived. The arrival was delayed two weeks and as soon as it arrived I was contacted by the salesman. He then told me there was someone willing to pay $9,000 over the MSRP and they were going to sell the car to them unless I was willing to pay that amount. So I guess I was only first in line until they had a better offer I would suggest against dealing with them at all unless you are willing to jump through their hoops.
