i love the customer service, but i had a problem with an order, so when i went to go pick up a replacement, it was just as bad as the 1st bowl, so i was picking out the xtra crispy pieces that fall off the popcorn chicken, there was a hair in the mashed potatoes.... it went in the trash 👎

This KFC is awesome. Healthy portions always very fresh. Customer service for absolutely phenomenal. Usually I visit the KFC on Olive avenue in Merced. For some reason I came to this one, and I'm very happy that I did!!

Service was good through the drive thru. Tried to use the restroom and the manager closed down the inside…due to manager discretion. Have us wear masks or whatever but it’s insulting to not be able to use the amenities. Hard pass. I’ll choose to give my business to another manager with common sense.
