I had them print a shipping label to send a phone in, on a trade in. They printed a label that was off one number. I missed the time slot to get the refund and my phone is lost. They are to busy to care about you or me. Go where they care, about you, as a customer.

I know the the USPS in slidell does Visa photos, but I think they are appointment only so call ahead to make sure when they are open. Can't say for sure if UPS does but it doesn't hurt to call them as well and ask.

They pack it for you. Just bring it by to them.
UPS should automatically track- # should be on your receipt. If you don't have the receipt, call UPS 800#, give them all the info you can and maybe they will be able to give you the tracking number and help you find it.
