Her name is Tammy and she has repeatedly gone above and beyond to help me, take me out for walks and shopping and is also very supportive as well. I am very pleased with her and she is an excellent companion and asset to your company. 😊

Care at Home LLC is a great company to work for. They go above and beyond for clients to receive care especially in emergencies and always offer their employees very fair wages and bonus when they can. I admire this in the company and am very happy to be part of their team.

When you look at the other reviews you will see that 75% are from workers who think it’s a great company to work for. However as a company caring for your loved one I would not recommend them at all. We used them for a little over a year and we had a wonderful full time aide but we she needed a day off or when she left the company they were completely awful. They were unprofessional and totally undependable! When they did show up they were always late. Not 5 minutes but 20-45 minutes was normal and there were many times they didn’t show up at all. When they didn’t show up the company did not replace them and we would miss work. The aides that came were not trained or have any knowledge of caring for elderly dementia patients. Most sat on the couch all day and literally did nothing. We’d come home to a dirty house and he would be in soiled briefs. When I would call and complain you couldn’t talk to someone in charge and the next person they would send would be worst than the last. When we left the company they refused to give me my deposit in a timely manner. I waited over 2 months to get it back. It is hard enough to work full time and be a full time care giver for a sick parent. You should be able to get a much needed break and go to work and know your loved one is being cared for by good caring person. That is NOT what you get with Care at Home. Don’t let their high rating fool you like it did me! Do not use them, you will regret it!

I absolutely love working at care at home they let you pick your own shifts. I love all my clients making sure they are taking care of and making them smile and conversating with them always brightens up the day i absolutely recommend this job.
