this place is terrible. the instructors are ridiculous or drunk half the time besides rob w, hank and jerome. Alot of infighting between the few instructors they have. they sit back and record each other and students record them. one instructor talks extremely bad about students and judges them based on looks and if they do not quite understand the directions given they get screamed at very disrespectfully. this school has been record by other students for all the unprofessionalism, vulgarity and incompetance and wouldnt be surprised if u havent seen anything by now. i feel so bad for an instructor rick, as he would get ripped on by a few other instructors about his personal life. its no wonder why only 2% of their students graduate and few find jobs. 50 students mostly costing about $10000 a piece, there yard shouldn't be in the condition it is in or the trucks shouldn't be as bad as they are. a tire exploded after the wiring was visible and injured a student i heard, with seeing the conditions of these vehicles i believe it and the conditions are bad for the funding they receive they should be ashamed no matter what students do to the truck they dont wear the tires to wiring. the mechanics sit, fight and cuss all day at each other. not to mention the poor condition the surrounding area is. its sad because the hardest worker i have seen their is the maintenance man. instructors that do care leave very quickly. the director lies to your face and doesnt care. all the money goes to syracuse without a doubt and their pockets. the few instructors that do care get paid very little what they are worth. i would not recommend this place to anyone. i wouldnt give my money to that place go to BTTI

Great school. If you have a good attitude and want to learn what it takes to get into a new great career come here. Ntts has great instructors that are dedicated to teaching those who want to learn. PAY THESE GUYS MORE, THEY DESERVE IT! I learned a lot here and got a great job with a great company right out of school. I had a lot of fun during my time at ntts. All of the instructors were cool people but Rob w. and Hank stood out the most. I would recommend this school to anyone that wants to persure a career in driving trucks.
