Strongly reconsider using this practice. I have had 5 surgeries with them. This last one will be my last. I am filing a formal complaint. They not only mutilated me, but waiting until the following day at closing time to tell me they aren't going to do anything for me. I had surgery yesterday... and I'm about to go to the hospital. Disgusting.

Would it be to much to ask to remind the older woman with glasses at the front desk that people coming in are not there for a oil change and tire rotation. We are there for health reasons, some maybe serious. Barking questions at us about d.o.b, phone#, address etc etc, all with a scowl on your face is really the last thing we need. How about a “good morning”, or “how are you”, or just speaking a little slower and maybe SMILING? Or maybe a good luck with your visit? Just a suggestion…P.S. the rest of the staff I dealt with after that was great!

Very caring staff. Dr. Brennan is thoughtful and did his best to help me with a difficult situation with kidney stones and infection. Would recommend Wny urology. The Harlem rd office is a bit too busy for my liking. I go to OP office
