Great outdoor nature site, not far from anywhere in Amherst. Long wooden boardwalk through the swamp, parallel to Hopkins road. Lots of wildlife and flora to enjoy along the way, with a large pond containing 2 kinds of turtles and lots of small fish 🐠.

Not in the general Great Baehre Swamp. But there is a small park, Billy Wilson Park, that goes through part of the swamp and that park has restrooms and a small playground. Note that any of the pictures of the boardwalk are actually from Billy Wilson Park not the larger swamp area which is much bigger.
Air guns are not allowed to be used in the Town of Amherst. It's a Town Ordinance
