I have nothing but good things to say about this builder. We broke ground at the end of September 2021 and they have been moving very quickly to get the house completed. This group is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I want to give a special shout out too Fank S. And Ann W. These 2 individuals have been my point of contact since we broke ground and they have been outstanding. Another shout out goes to Dean who is the salesman who is by far the nicest most professional person you will meet. Hopefully the house will be done by February I will keep everyone updated on progress.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY BUILDER IN THE BUFFALO AREA, LOOK ELSEWHERE. They come across as high end builders but are really no different than those that are less expensive. We have been in our house for 4 years now and we have projects that need to be done ranging from very large and expensive, like having to add fill/regrade our entire lot, to small, like having to have tile replaced in our shower to have a new grab bar installed since they did not install the first one properly. They did not even give the the lay out of where our septic tank was located, so we knew where it was to have it drained. Some of these small projects were because they forgot to do them when they built the house and just "put it together" however they needed to in order to "finish" the job. All the people we worked with on our home are no longer with the company; they either left, were let go (I think), or retired. That certainly says something about a company that is building homes. And the people who are now there DO NOT RETURN CALLS. That's a huge pet peeve of mine. No matter how angry a customer may be not responding to them is not going to make the matter better. MY GOAL IS TO SHUT THEM DOWN. I KNOW IT WON'T HAPPEN BUT AS I SAID LOOK ELSEWHERE. DON'T WASTER YOUR MONEY. YOU'LL BE PAYING FOR PROJECTS AFTER THEY ARE DONE. As a man of my word, I will update this review. Not long after posting this review I finally received a call from a manager at Natale. We worked through a solution to rectify the situation. This was back in early January 2021. One of their project supervisors came to the house and looked at what needed to be done. After multiple phone calls/text messages and several months, the first part of the job has been completed. This happened in September 2021. We are now waiting to hear back in order for the final part to be finished. BTW it was replacing 3-4 tiles and re-installing a grab bar in the the main shower.

As a first time home buyer, I was excited to have a brand new house built from the ground up. Unfortunately, I discovered eventually that the attention to detail in building my forever home was lacking in many aspects like the following … leaking shower drain into basement, no access panel installed to reach motor for jetted bathtub, loose wiring on a couple of light switches, improperly measured door frames, electrical outlets incorrectly placed on mirror rather than along side it, and a significant amount of cracked ceiling plaster due to poorly measured room transitions. When I had aluminum fascia fall off the exterior of my home (which should not have fallen off if properly nailed)…I reached out for assistance and was ignored. Although I probably had “rose-colored glasses” on during this building process…a home builder with years of experience should have a better attention to detail (rather than hope for first-time home buyer ignorance). Reply to Owner Response - I reached out to Natalie Builders one month ago about assistance in finding a contractor for replacing the aluminum fascia that fell off my exterior (I was having difficulties finding a handyman for the job & the item was not a piece that could be purchased at a Home Depot because it had a specific edge bent into it in order for it to match the rest of my home). I received no response from Natalie Builders to my inquiry for assistance - but I was fortunate to find a repair person that indicated the fascia should not have fallen off as it did if secured properly initially. As for my home being 14 years old (thank you for the quick reply to my review and taking the time to investigate how old my house is) - I have maintained my house properly (I never thought much of the leaky shower drain issue until I saw it within another home owner's review). The poorly measured door frame & awkward ceiling transition that is cracking (see photos) as well as the lack of any access panel to the motor of the jetted bathtub are not a reflection of the age of my home. Ultimately...I know this is a "buyer beware" situation but it should be stated for first-time home buyers that builders (who build 100s of homes) should be even more aware of these details.

I believe the custom floor plans start in the mid to high 600-700's and go from there.
