Great place to live. I have owned multiple units in this complex and the association is constantly making sure everything is in order.

I have not had the same experience. As an owner here, I have found that notifying the property manager in writing is the most effective way to resolve issues promptly that are covered by the home owners association. I particularly enjoy the park like setting, quiet community, and social events offered to residents. Along with the pool, tennis court, and access to the 990 around the corner - I love living here.

The absolute worst place to live if you need help with anything! No one ever gets back in contact with you from the office or from matenience when you need things fixed. They are totally negleigent and could not care less about the people that live here.

There are some students , but also alot of homeowners that have lived here for years . I have lived here 10 years , and have never had any trouble . It's a nice place to live
It depends on the home owners association you are in (condo, villa, or townhouse) and how many renovations the seller has done
