Resort?? Really?? My friend very recently had her beautiful, sweetest, happy, young, Healthy!! baby girl there for a week while they were away. When they returned and picked her up, she was disoriented, dehydrated, skinny and next day realized how sick she was. Took her to emergency hospital right away and was told they didn’t know if she was going to make it or not. Had to keep her on an IV. Doing everything they could, extremely sad, she died!!! 😭. And this business remains open!!!! 😡 She has before and after pictures, it’s clear that she did not come out the way she went in. And went from healthy, active, happy, to dying from staying here. The one star is only bc I had to put something. This place deserves no stars and a law suit!!! The pain is so real for everyone especially for their daughter who is constantly crying!! So heartbreaking!! 😭… Before & after pics (wish I can post videos so you really can see)…..UPDATE: Do not try to dismiss this review. So nobody recognizes this 8 month, active, healthy dog with pretty blue eyes, that was just there? Nobody remembers neglecting her? Contact the owner of this beautiful baby girl whose been trying to contact you with no return calls!!

Dropped my dog Rex off for his first time boarding and he had a great time! He was exhausted from daycare that he slept the next 2 days! The staff was great and were able to give me updates when I called to check up on him!

I dropped my dog off for a long weekend, because my usual space spot (which is -a 40 minute drive away) was booked up. I gave it a chance because it’s 5 minutes from my house. I will never go back and **urge everyone** reading this too look elsewhere. Without taking into account the paperwork and outrageous prices and upselling on things that are free at other locations, it was a nightmare. The first red flag was the horrible customer service. The second … they “lost my reservation” even though I called and emailed ahead of time and provided all the appropriate documents, forcing me pay for a more expensive room. Then, while waiting inline I heard an employee joke about not feeding the dogs. I took it as a joke…boy was I wrong. When I picked up my dog she was visibly scared and anxious to leave, running out the door. I picked her up in the late afternoon and she ran outside and immediately went to the bathroom , as if she had not been outside all day. After I got her home she didn’t go to the bathroom for days, she clearly had not been fed. She was anxious for days, which is very unlike her. They are so unorganized (I went home without some her her toes, but with toys that where not hers!) They clearly care more about filling rooms then they do about the well being of the animals. I could go on but it’s all too upsetting. I will never take her here ever again!!!

Absolutely! Animals from the same household are the only animals we allow to stay together! Give us a call about multi-pet discounts!
You may bring your pet’s own bedding or a favorite toy! Our pets always feel better if they have the “smells from home” with them, and so we are happy to honor such requests for our guests. The items must be washable and not pose an obvious choking hazard. Also, please fill out the forms on our website for check-in and enrollment!

Most appointments run at least 3 hours, as they include consultation with the groomer, a spa bath consisting of coat comb-out, two washings, pawicure, ear cleaning, cool-air drying, as well as the hair cut and breaks for water and walks. The differences in haircut, weight and breed determine the amount of time required. Requests for expedited grooming services for those on a tight time schedule may be accommodated by requesting a straight through appointment.
Most dogs will have day camp from 9:00am – 4:30pm, with a nap-time break during lunch. Some pets may need extra breaks or time-outs from time to time. We allow all boarding dogs to enjoy their morning meals and rest before play group begins and rest again before their evening meals. This is done to reduce the chance of bloat and upset stomach. We may adjust your pets day camp hours depending on your pets meal schedules, eating habits, needs and behavior.
Our boarders participate in a variety of services offered during their stay with us. We insist on one more pamper service before they go home – so they go home fresh and clean when you reunite. You can always upgrade to a spa bath package or a full service grooming. We offer the spa bath package at a reduced rate for boarding dogs/cats. The spa bath includes bath, basic brush out, premium shampoo options and 2 extra services of your choice-the most popular being nail trim and ear cleaning.
Dogs are pack-animals by nature and would prefer to be with other animals and other people than to be left alone at home. If your dog suffers from separation anxiety, the best antidote is to keep him or her busy, active, and in the company of others. We aim to de-stress any pet with mental and physical challenges, such as day camp, swimming, long walks, field play, and socialization. Our cats even enjoy play time. Finally, in the event of a weather emergency, we maintain a power generator, a supply of bottled water, and share our 4-wheel drive vehicles so that electricity and staff are always here.
We only allow pets from the same household to stay together overnight. We have designed our resort to provide the utmost in safety and comfort for your pet(s). In our view, open boarding leaves the potential for dog altercations, the increased likelihood of the spread of communicable illnesses, and the decreased likelihood of a quiet and needed night’s rest. Creature Comforts invested in multiple air-handling systems that allow total and complete air changes in multiple zones, including the common or open areas and the sleeping suites. Additionally, we aimed to reduce noise by creating sleeping suites for each dog and adding sound-reducing materials to the interior of the walls. Not all dogs have the appropriate temperament for group play or group sleep. Our staff thoroughly cleans each suite and prepares each suite for your dog or cat. During, and after a long day of play and activity, we also clean the large day camps and common areas. If the pets slept in the common areas, we could not adequately clean and prepare them for the next day of play. After a long day of play and activity, the dogs and cats require their rest in a clean, quiet, environment without distraction.
We advise you keep a current file and vaccination records with us at all times in case of an unforeseen emergency. This allows for smooth admittance to our resort during stressful times. If your emergency is during business hours, you can reach us by calling the main number at the resort. You may be asked to leave a message after hours, messages are checked nightly.

Im not sure, I had a cat who got a wash there and it wasnt too expensive. They do a great job, she still smells great like the shampoo they use and its been a couple months!
That depends on the animal and they type of room you want them to stay in.
