This might be one of the best run City Halls in Western New York. Great job on the interior improvements. Very organized. High tech security. Probably one of the best views of any City Hall / Town Court / Police Station. Old school charm Americana.

From what I understand there is no law that is allowing a death sentence in New York state ever since people vs Lavelle in 2007 Lavelle won and in court it says the last death sentence in New York was reduced to life ,and that means life in prison
