Buildings need a huge up date, but, at least it's a place for low income families.

Amanda is phenomenal... However Dale..has no morals.. Moved in here straight from a domestic violence shelter..when i lost my job he refused to work with me for catching up.. With back rent which was only 400$ Talked down to me the entire time..and made me feel worthless..not listened to and judged... I don't recommend this place for women fleeing dv..because the min u need financial help... They label u and pressure u call u 5 to 6 xs a day for rent ... Its good for elderly ppl and families without these issues families where men and women can both work. U have to pay ur own electric here too which ends up being quite high. At 12 dollars an hour my rent was like 450..i felt overcharged.... Overall unsatisfied with the managers lack of understanding and unwillingness to compromise with ppl who need the help the most. As for me..i moved back in with my abuser...so much for helping women and low income families guys

Nice and clean apartments and neighborhood. This is a well suitable place for people of any age.

Not dangerous at all. Summer can get a bit loud with all the kids running around but no more than anywhere else! I've lived across from the housing authority my whole life. No issues that I'm aware of.
