The Probate Court does not have copies of wills unless it has been filed with the Court for a Descedant's Estate. The lawyer who drafted it should maintain a copy for their records.

State ID Cards are issued by the Department of Motor Vechicles not the Probate Court. This court is an accepting facility for Passports.
