poor experience at Renaissance Place Apartments, I'd like to be more detailed but I'm reasonably paranoid about details that identify who I am and I don't want to get sued and/or denied the chance to go into debt down the line.

We have lived a wonderful year here at Renaissance place! The professionalism of the staffs was amazing and especially Erika and Roger were always there to help us. Everything was maintained to so well and especially I was so grateful for excellent snow patrolling during the heavy snow season of Buffalo. This place is so quiet and safe for kids, and really close to all the marts and shops. Also, great schools and beautiful parks are nearby. My colleagues who have lived here really recommended this place, and I would do the same thing for my friends!! Thank you for giving us wonderful memories living here!

We recently received a wonderful tour of the Renaissance Place Apartments from Danielle a few weeks ago and were just beyond impressed by the professionalism and quality of this development. After looking at several places, we have decided to make our soon-to-be new home here as no other development/property compared to the above and beyond level of care that the Renaissance Place Apartments had to offer. While we certainly toured some great places, the Renaissance Place Apartments really stood out. We are extremely excited to move in and be apart of this high quality and well cared for community! Thank you again Danielle for the wonderful tour and taking the time to explain everything to us. Thank you also Erika, who in conjunction with Danielle, has been remarkable in making herself available and being extremely helpful in answering all of our questions through the process! I highly recommend this development as a place to live to anyone who wants to live a beautiful and high quality community! Thank you both again for all of your help with everything this far! :)

We are part of the top-rated Williamsville School District (Country Parkway Elementary, Transit Middle School and Williamsville East High School).
Some of our apartments include an additional storage area which is located off the patio area. If your apartments does not have one or if you need an additional storage area you can rent one at one of our sister communities - ask one of our Leasing Consultants for additional information.
Packages are delivered to your front door at Renaissance Place. If you have a large amount of mail or a larger package from U.S. Postal Service we do have lockers for our postal workers to use for you.
We have a stunning salt water swimming pool that is lifeguard attended. It's open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hours may vary depending on the time of year and the weather but they are generally 11 am to 7 pm.
Absolutely! Our residents can rent our recently redecorated Clubhouse during non business hours. Residents receive 1 rental free every year. Each additional rental is just $100 per rental.
We have open parking for our residents and guests. We do ask that if a guest will be parking in our lots for a significant period of time that you let our Leasing Office know. It is imperative that all guests follow our snow removal plan just as our residents do to make sure we have clear parking lots for everyone in the Winter.
There are no fees or permits required for parking.
We have an abundance of parking throughout the community. Some of our apartments include an attached garage. Ask our Leasing Consultants about this option.
Our Maintenance Team is available for emergency service requests 24/7. Just call our office and a member of our team will get the details of what is wrong and if there is an emergency we will dispatch someone to assist you.
Our award winning maintenance team will take care of your service requests. They are here Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Just log into your Resident Portal and place your service request or give our Leasing Office a call and we can place the service request for you. Our goal is to complete each service request within one business day but, from time to time it may take longer due to ordering parts - we'll keep you informed of the progress of your request.
Absolutely! Recycling services are included in your Valet Trash service. Additional recycling totes are available near the dumpster areas.

We have a Background Check Fee of $20 for every applicant 18 years of age or older
We generally do 1 year leases. Depending on availability and time of year, we can do shorter terms and furnished leases. Give us a call and we'll see if we can assist you!
To help keep our community beautiful and to assist our residents; we have engaged Valet Trash & Recycling services. You will be provided either a 13-gallon indoor style trash can or a Deck Box depending on your front entrance configuration. With this service you will be able to place your bagged trash and recycling outside your front door 5 days/week! Service will take place Sunday through Thursday in the evening.
All residents can take advantage of our Ultimate Technology Package, provided at a discounted rate, which is added to your monthly payment. The package includes: high-speed wireless internet access up to 100 Mbps, digital cable with over 200 channels, the SHOWTIME® package, and two set top boxes all through Spectrum.
Yes! It is required that you carry renter's insurance to protect your belongings. Damages caused by a resident, even when unintentional, are the financial responsibility of the resident. Without renter's insurance, you don't have coverage for personal property loss, liability, or injury to others that may result from accidents or your negligence. We have partnered with Resident Insure, a premier provider of renter’s insurance products. Resident Insure works with several A-rated insurance carriers to bring you policies with excellent coverage at a very affordable price.
*Updated Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly community! Aggressive dogs are prohibited. These breeds include but are not limited to Pit-bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Dalmatians, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, American Bulldogs, all forms of Mastiffs, Hybrid Wolves, and other similar dogs known for their aggression. Please note, no mixes of these breeds will be allowed. A Pet Addendum is required for both cats and dogs as a rider and forms a part of the Lease Agreement. A one-time non-refundable Pet Fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for each additional pet. The monthly pet rent is $22/month per pet. For each pet weighing 50 lbs. or more there is an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee. No hidden fees! As a convenience to you, there is no Pet Security Deposit or Pet Move Out Fees. Upper apartments have a weight limit of 60 lbs, and lower apartments have a weight limit of 110 lbs.
If rent is not received by the 5th of the month your rental account will be assessed a $50 late fee plus postage charges on the 6th of the month.
Your rent is due every month on the 1st. You have many options when it comes to paying rent; we want to make it easy for you! The easiest way is to set-up auto-payments through your Resident Portal online. We also accept e-check, credit card, online banking, automatic withdrawal, payment by mail and money gram. We do not accept cash.
Hello Kimberly, We do evaluate the rent every year. We have had years we have not raised the rent and we have had years where we have. It all depends on the year. We have luxury 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes, many with an attached garage. The monthly rent prices can be found on our website or by calling the leasing office.
