They do not answer the phones. If they don't have enough ppl to answer phones, then they need to hire more ppl. They also need an attitude check they aren't any better than anyone else. We shouldn't have to wait the phone for an hour or two.its rediculous.who has that time.its getting old.do your job and answer the phones don't let your clients wait on hold for that long. Even 30 mins is too long. You should be doing your job professionally, and tackfully and in a timely manner. It is disrespect to leave someone on hold for that long. when you want something you want it now and in a timely manner. Or we lose out. But we're suppose to drop everything were doing and wait while you take your time, and that's okay right? NO ... It's DISRESPECT!!!! You will not get five stars from me ever until you improve. Do your job and answer your phone in a timely manner and efficiently. I dread calling you guys cuz I DO NOT have the time to sit there and just wait on hold, until you are ready to take care of your client. And when I'm calling from work, I don't have 40 mins even to wait on hold. Poor service!! Do your job!!
