The new check-in system was quick and efficient. I shall look forward to seeing how it greets me next time when I will be in the system. Thank you for the upgrade. The paper piece was a bit cumbersome.

I went to visit a friend and having had several visits recently for family members at other assisted living/nursing homes, I did not know what to expect. What an amazing and pleasant surprise to see the beautiful interior common area spaces and my friend's room! In addition, I was very impressed with the very attentive, responsive staff I met, however briefly, during my visit.

My father in law has been in this facility since before covid. He was okay at first but over the past 6 months he has been wasting away. He is hardly coherent and his overall care has gone down hill. His daughter arrived to him being in a depend and t shirt in the dining room at breakfast. Why would you do that to someone's loved one? We arrived many times to him sitting in front of an untouched plate of breakfast but it's almost lunch. He is so skinny and has no energy. Nobody seems to care. We get comments from staff he was not cooperating today, yet you are trained in memory care giving! He is left in the same depend for over 12 hours from the previous night. I can only imagine the rashes or sores he must get from sitting wet for over 12 plus hours. Missing items from his room with no explanation. Upper Management I suggest checking in on the weekend. Elder abuse and neglect is no joke. I will be reaching out to the President Mr McKay as Heather confirmed his treatment and conditions were not okay today! Let's continue as the experience with upper management Mckayla is generic. When I posted my initial review I got staff in motion with regards to his care. Nobody seemed to ask a question or bat an eye. He ended up falling twice since then. I called to follow up about the fall and the lack of staff present that Sunday. I received a very snotty voice-mail from McKayla stating they follow strict privacy policies and only release information to the 2 people listed on his paperwork. They had no problem telling me his business and another resident, but now enforce privacy. LOL We received a call at 11pm on 5/17 he fell again. Imagine that! The staff member scolded his son for not answering the phone. He also stated he wasn't sure what to do with him because Hospice had to get involved. I have a genius idea, train your staff on fall procedures and notifying the family at reasonable hours. Please keep in mind the son they called is not on the list??? Protect your loved ones and choose somewhere better. Or have Hospice get involved day one so there is accountability. Watching sundowing residents attack each other with no staff in sight is beyond disturbing. He has been moved to the 3rd floor. We are here now for the owner who just responded. Yes aside from a handful of staff. 3rd floor offers way better care by far. After his 3rd fall at your facility. Hospice keeps us up to date. Power of Attorney lol is sitting in the room with me surrounded by loved ones. Did you bother to bring your insensitive hide behind a computer self down to check on this wonderful family? Do yourself a favor and let us enjoy the time we have left. Not getting a notification while in your facility watching our loved one suffer. Shame on you!!!!
