Beautiful RV park , right beside the river . The owner , Debbie is great . Clean restrooms with big private showers , quiet and safe . Stay there sometime , I guarantee you'll come again . About a 1/2 mile to the ocean .

OK...this place is absolutely charming. The owner's have made this park a beautiful place that just so happens to have RV's in it. The staff is accommodating and friendly as are the long term tenants who live there. All that being said we tent camped here, and those sites are in the middle of a field. The sites are huge and come with fire rings and picnic benches, but I prefer a little tree or two when I am tent camping. Also, it must be said that we had neighbors with very small, very vocal grand children who basically ruined a couple of nights of our stay there...I say this because the website touts the park as a 55 and older park. Understandably people are going to have grandkids camping with them, which is why I did not take any stars from the park. There are clean (albeit kind of dark) showers here as well as restrooms, laundry and a place to wash dishes. Otter's live here, and a variety of wildlife can be seen from there private waterfront park. I will say it was nice to find a spot to tent in Brookings, most RV Parks are RV only, and finding a tent spot in summer is impossible.

Management was phenomenal, Deb was great the grounds looked fantastic! Loved all the amenities like the dog park, clubhouse, boat dock, horseshoes, Chetco Charlie, and the absolutely flawless gnome garden!!! The lots were devine and hookup was a breeze!!!!👌👌👌

Great management, very friendly and helpful. Came into town on a whim and was grateful to find this hidden gem. Affordable rates. Very quite tent camping and were able to have a fire during extreme fire danger. River access and close to town and harbor but still in the wilderness. Will return.

About a mile. If you're heading to the park go slow. The right turn comes up quick and if you pass by there aren't a lot of places for a large trailer or coach to turn around. It's an adorable park. Friendly owner and guests.
They do, but if full, they would work to accommodate you.
Ramp access for launch.
